Support centre

How can we help?

Kidifly support is self-service. Everything a family needs is answered here, and every account action can be done from your family area.

Getting started

Do I need an account to play?

No. Every lesson can be played as a guest from the learning library. Progress and stars are only saved when a parent is signed in and a child profile is active.

How do I create a family account?

Choose Sign in and use your OneVault ID. One OneVault ID works for Kidifly and every other OneVault app. If you do not have one yet, you can create it on the sign-in screen in about a minute.

How do I add my child?

After signing in, open Family and choose Add a child. Type a first name or nickname, pick a picture, a grade and a narration voice, and optionally a four-digit PIN. You can add up to three children.

Which grades are available?

Grade 2 maths, science and computing are ready today. Grades 1 and 3 to 5 are being built. A child set to another grade sees a friendly notice until their lessons arrive.

Children and profiles

Can my child sign in alone?

Children never have a password or email. A signed-in parent picks the child’s picture on the Who is playing screen, enters the PIN if one is set, and the child takes over from there. Kiki speaks every instruction, so no reading is needed.

What is the PIN for?

It stops siblings playing as each other. It is optional, four digits, and you can change or remove it any time from the child’s Edit page.

How do I change a child’s name, picture, grade or voice?

Open Family, then Edit next to the child.

How do I remove a child profile?

Open Family, Edit next to the child, then Remove this profile. The profile and all its progress are deleted immediately.

Lessons and levels

What are Easy, Medium and Hard?

The same objective, three kinds of thinking. Easy shows a worked example with concrete objects. Medium asks the child to apply the idea on their own with varied examples. Hard changes the context, hides a step, or asks them to find and fix a mistake. No level sneaks in next year’s content.

Are the lessons free?

Yes. Every lesson and every level is free. Kidifly Pro will add exam-style model papers, timed quizzes with instant marking, printable worksheets and progress reports.

Which curriculum do the lessons follow?

Grade 2 lessons are mapped to the England National Curriculum Year 2 and Cambridge Primary Stage 2 objectives, the frameworks Pearson Edexcel iPrimary builds on. Each lesson shows its objective in plain words on the progress page.

The rocket will not launch. Why?

That is the lesson working. The rocket only launches when the tank holds exactly the target amount. Kiki says how many more or fewer cells are needed. Tap a cell in the tank to take it out.

Can my child drag with a finger?

Yes. Drag a cell into the tank, or tap the cell and then tap an empty space. Both work with a mouse, a finger or the keyboard.

Stars and progress

How are stars earned?

Each round gives three stars for a first-try success, two for a second try, and one for finishing. A level’s stars are the average of its rounds, and only the best result per level is kept, so replaying can never lower a score.

Where can I see my child’s progress?

Open Family, then Progress next to the child. It lists every lesson with stars per level, number of plays and minutes played.

Progress did not save. Why?

Progress is saved only when a parent is signed in and a child profile is active. If you played as a guest, nothing is stored. If the connection dropped at the end of a level, the result is sent again next time the lesson page loads.

Sound and voice

Kiki is not speaking.

Tap the speaker button at the top right of the lesson to turn the voice on. On some phones the first sound needs a tap anywhere in the lesson. If the device has no English voice installed, the words are still shown in Kiki’s bubble.

How do I change the voice?

Open Family, then Edit next to the child and choose Sunny, Maya or Leo.

How do I turn music on or off?

Tap the music note button at the top right of any lesson. The choice is remembered on that device.

Account and privacy

What information do you keep about my child?

Only the first name or nickname you typed, the avatar, grade and voice you chose, an optional hashed PIN, and lesson results. No surname, birth date, photo, location or recordings. The full list is in the privacy policy.

Do you show ads or sell data?

No ads, no advertising trackers, no selling or sharing of family data. Child-facing pages load nothing from third parties.

How do I see everything you hold about my family?

Everything is visible in your family area and on each child’s progress page. There is nothing stored that is not shown there, apart from standard server logs that are deleted after 30 days.

How do I delete my account?

Open Family, scroll to Need help, open Delete my account and confirm. Your account, every child profile and all progress are removed immediately.

I cannot sign in.

Kidifly uses your OneVault ID. If OneVault reports a problem with your password or email verification, fix it on the OneVault account page and try again. If the sign-in page says OneVault is unavailable, wait a minute and retry.

Kidifly Pro

What does Pro include?

Model papers in the style of international primary examinations, timed quizzes marked instantly with Kiki explaining each mistake, printable worksheets, and a detailed progress report per child.

How much is Pro?

USD 9 per year for the whole family, up to three children. Payments are not open yet; every lesson stays free.

Troubleshooting

The lesson shows Loading and nothing happens.

Check the connection and reload the page. Lessons are small and are kept on the device after the first load, so they also work on a slow connection afterwards.

The page looks cut off on my phone.

Rotate the phone to portrait and make sure the browser is not zoomed in. Kidifly is designed for screens from 320 pixels wide.

Which browsers and devices work?

Any current version of Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox or Samsung Internet on phones, tablets and computers. An Android app is coming next.
